Eli Anextiomarus Brynk
Who do you work for?:
Independant
Theme song:
The Heavy – Short Change Hero
Physical/Psychological Description:
Due to genes, Eli found himself growing to a man of short stature, but of great physical resilience and fortitude. His black hair is kept cropped and trimmed neatly. Contrast to the bright blue eyes under his deep brow. Completely casual in nature, Eli leans to comfortable clothing most every day. Having a mild allergy to denim, he tends towards cargo pants or work slacks. As one of few free humans in the world makes him a minority, however the name Brynk has kept him from trouble more often than any sort of skill has. Sane and very calm most of the time, he isn’t a man who seeks confrontation, but also will not hesitate to assist someone in need. His trusting nature has put him in difficult situations on more than one occasion.

Depends on the day. Born into the Brynk family and one of their key ammunition designers, Eli has a very vast access to weaponry. His one constant is a gun of his own design. The BE 22MM Trevolver. This resulted in only two being made. One is kept in the Brynk Archive Vault.

Background:
Eli was born into one of the few remaining free human families, also one of the most powerful names in the world, the Brynks. Known only as a minor gunsmithing company, Brynk’s Edge Firearms seems to hold a great deal of wealth and power even though it has no major contracts with any known faction. Eli however was not born or lifted to the high place of the enterprise. His mother is Niece of Sebastian Brynk. As such he is wealthy, but the Brynk’s don’t just hand out position, even to family, it must be earned. After two attempts to submit weapons designs to Sebastian for a position with the designers, both of which complete flops, Eli turned to his skill in ammunition design. Rapidly he became popular for his very brilliant ability to create fascinating ammunition rounds, a few of which are exclusive only to the highest of company members.
Eli’s true passion lead him away from devoting his time to the family company. His own drive was found in the hunt. But he never found hatred with any race or creature. No his hunt was for the rare artifacts around the world. He became a relic hunter. He knows that there are great beings in the Planes, beings capable of making amazing and otherworldly creations of destruction and life. This fascinates him to his core. He is always on the lookout for the next rumor of a rare godly artifact or long lost treasure with some hidden secrets to be tapped and tinkered with.
Since picking up his own hunt for all the curiosities he can get his hands on, he’s come to view the functioning world a bit differently than some. He puts no real focus on religion as some of these trinkets have head him to believe the Gods are only more powerful ‘living’ things, not all powerful creatures incapable of destruction. Not that he’s in a hurry to test the theory! He does respect the powers that be, but does not put a great deal of stock in their influences.

Do you have what the vamps like?:
O-
There is no deity that drives Eli to drop to knees and pray. But there is one that intrigues him with a bit of personal curiosity. Eli’s first find that started him on the quest for the Relics of the world and lore of what once was, was a book, a journal to be exact. He doesn’t know who wrote it, but has dug enough to know that it belonged to a long lost and forgotten god or demigod. It speaks of the goddess Nadja, but speaks of her as if she was just another being in the world. He isn’t sure if the tome is a hoax, or maybe a man’s fantasy long ago, or maybe written before the goddess ascended to what she is today. But he does trust his gut and his gut says the exploits in the book are factual, and he is eager to learn the details.
