Many in his company thought him better to take a large entourage of guards whenever he traveled. Having dealt with a large number of seedy individuals, however, Tevestrin knew better than to rely on something so archaic as using others to protect your own life. If someone really wanted you dead, more bodies wouldn't keep you alive. The only way to truly stay alive was to blend into the shadows, to keep those who would see you dead in the dark about your movements. As such, he rarely let others know where or when he was going, including many of the higher-ups in his business. They had enough private information in their heads without adding his location when he traveled to the list.
Still, it would be in his best interest to have some way to defend himself, which is what brought him to Hong Kong; with only his pilot and chauffeur knowing his location. His contacts in the underworld told him of an up and coming businessman there, a blacksmith of sorts. Word had it that he had even crafted a weapon for a God, so Tevestrin took upon himself to meet this budding entrepreneur. He had needs that needed to be met, but he intended on testing the man's limits while having them filled. It would do him well to know of such a man, in case he had need of a bulk order if he ever needed to step up security at his offices. With defined purpose, he steps forward into the store, taking a few steps into the store before halting. The golden copper color of his suit jacket, pants, vest, and tie were very reminiscent of a copperhead, while the white shirt underneath stood out in stark contrast to the rest of his attire. Ten seconds pass before he calls out, "I am looking for a Jaks Flagner. I'm interested in his services." If he did not respond soon, he had better hope that his weapons were of a truly exceptional quality, for that would be the only thing that would keep word of a poor experience out of the underworld. The sort of people that Tevestrin had the ear of were people that would ensure that those sorts of words traveled very quickly.
