The bright lights of Broadway

[Cortana Devlowe]

Cortana gets back up after she regains her senses and looks to Dame as he was apologizing to her about something but her gaze shifted back over to Yoya and almost fainted again. She really was there, Yoya herself standing there! Right there! She bows her head to avoid collapsing again "My lady... it is truely an honor to meet you." she finally manages to say after she collected herself. She had studied much about the following of the goddess of life and tried hard to live up to that creed, helping others where she could to ensure their lives would go on. Her gaze would remain fixed on the floor, not wanting to make a scene in front of the 3 again

[Yoya DuSang]

He still gets an ice cold glare from Yoya, but she doesn't speak to him as she turns to Dametrius, "Do not offer your blood to anyone else Cortana, it could greatly upset your Master and I do not want to deal with that. You are in my good graces, unlike these two who are trying my patience. Please keep it that way and I will do my best to assure your life is a good one with many blessings." There was something off about Yoya, she was moody and quick to anger not her normal happy and playful self. She was not even being curious. It was possible not even Varius knew what was wrong with her.

[Dametrius]

Dametrius sighs as he just sits down, "I swear, the gods have too much free time if you ask me..." he muttered under his breath as he just stared angrily at the play. "You can find me at my home Shinda, you can ask me whatever you want... Yoya, you can find me with Raphael and Averie yet again.... I'll make cookies, you can tell me what an asshole I am..." He waves his hand, "It's marvelous being a lowly peasant in the game of the gods... really..." he stares at Cortana, "It's beautiful interacting with all the gods..." He sighed as once more under his breath he commented. "...at least I can help Elysia..."

[Kage no Shinda Uta]

Shinda casually reached out to slap Dame upside his head as he stood up. "When I visit I'll be sure to bring the black eyeliner. " He then looked to the poor human girl. She seemed level headed enough for a slave but he did not heal so he had to leave her as she was"get her something to eat.and I shall see you soon"and with that the samurai vanished.

[Cortana Devlowe]

Cortana smiles a bit though she keeps her gaze to the floor. Though the way they were treating Dame seemed like they were treating him like a child. This was hard for her to comprehend at first but then the gods were far more than simple mortals and they could understand things that would likely make a normal person's head explode "I am fine, really. And I will not allow it to happen again my lady goddess. I am sorry, I didn't mean to cause trouble." The play was lost to her now that she was in the presence of the one she had chosen to devote her life to in study and deed and kneels down in front of her "Thank you, I will try to honor your wishes"

[Yoya DuSang]

Yoya nods yo Cortana, "I think you for your service Cortana" She then looks at Dametrius, "Cookies... hm maybe. I need to go speak with Varius first... something seems to be wrong with my mood don't you think?" She was actually asking Dame his opinion.

[Dametrius]

Dame turns to her and nods, "More so than usual... I am used to the motherly loom you always pose, but you threaten me on people other than your children or prophet... soon I will have to sit in a corner and not even look at anyone if you continue at this rate..." He was a little miffed but he was trying to be helpful. "Maybe you're pregnant..." He said with a nod as he turned to his 'guest' and then back out to the stage. "You can predict mortal life easily but I would imagine god life might throw you for a loop when death is the father...."

[Cortana Devlowe]

Cortana nods as she remains there at Yoya's feet a moment longer before standing and returning to her seat. The play was nearing its end and she was mildly disappointed that she had missed most of it, but she couldn't complain about the distractions that had caused her to miss it. She knew she could come back another time to enjoy it with hopefully less distractions. She lets the two talk undisturbed as she watches the prince approach the girl he had been searching for her to take her back to the castle.

[Yoya DuSang]

Yoya laughs, "Yeah I don't think I'm pregnant. Moody sure, but not pregnant. That would... I'm going to go talk to Varius, Have a good day Dametrius. Cortana." She bows and vanishes.

[Dametrius]

Dametrius just watches, "She's pregnant...." he chimed as he sat with his arms crossed and watching the play, "...just watch..." he finally grinned and chuckled. "So yes, I deal with the gods on a frequent basis... but with all my power and connections with the gods, I have yet to meet your master..." he turned to her and smiled. "It seems that while War and Life interrupted, Time... or even chance, has given me luck and favor..." Turning to her he smiled softly and warmly, odd for his personality, "I would greatly wish to meet with your master, there is a situation I wish to discuss that is possibly problematic for us all..."

[Cortana Devlowe]

She turns to look at him as he addresses her once more, speaking of her master and how he wanted to meet him "I will relay your wish to my master. It is his decision to decide on this matter, not mine" she looks in his eyes for a moment, noticing the change in his demeanor from earlier "I cannot speak for him either" she then looks back down as the actors came out to take their bow, the crowd applauding their performance "I will have to come back again, I missed a lot of the show" she didn't sound upset, but rather just stating a point.

[Dametrius]

Demetrius looks at her and then down at the show. "Understandable... please let him know the urgency in which I place in it... " Standing up he pulls out a single rose and tosses it onto the stage, some of the audience goes eerily silent for a brief moment before Demetrius turns and walks out of his booth. One of the stage hands is just by the door as he's about to leave and catches Dame. "Yes, I would like to see Othello next... it has been a while..." With that he left the booth and started to walk down the hall, unless stopped he would leave the theater.

[Cortana Devlowe]

Cortana watched the man leave and waited a few seconds longer before she herself left the balcony seats to head out and retrieve her own car. She sighs softly as she gets into the seat and starts the engine. She hoped he would be in, not wanting to let this message linger too long without her master's attention.
