It had been 3 weeks since that debriefing in his apartment. Now he had 3,000 troop, a convoy of tanks, a flock of combat and reconnaissance air craft, and a fleet of 53 ships about 100 miles off the coast. At this point Akusai and Jinx were finishing phase one. The troops had purposfuly had not been given any information on the mission, just been told to follow orders to the letter else they would seen their own firing squad. He was standing on the super air craft carrier, only one in the fleet, appropriately named the Dreadnaught before Lux commandered the country. The bridge contained several men and women stearing it wearing the new Dreadnaught uniform. This ship was the only one to get the new uniform, it was a work in progress after all. He looked over the rest of the fleet in front of him and saw the troops getting ready in the rising sun. He had decided to change his plan a bit. He would switch phase 2 & 3 as well as having stage 4&5 happen simultaneously, with Arry and the other fighter jets tagerting the main tower first before blowing other things up. He would of course tell them to aim away from the bombs.
After a while Lux moved from his position in the window and made his way through the bridge. He turned to the most decorated person in the room who happened to be woman, "Captain, I want all helos, birds, and air ships ready to go in ten. I want you to launch the EMP now." There was a following yes sir that resounded through the bridge as everyone said it. If only his father could see him now, he would have to say that Lux runs a respectable military. Even if it was barely more than loyal mercenaries and the newly trained citizens. He looked over to a tripod and assumed a position tha looks like an at ease position, with the legs closer together. "Patch me in when the missle is one minute out. I want the feed directly to dame's computer. " Lux only had to wait a moment or two before the before the red transmission light was on. "Dametrius, Consider this my resignation from your work force if claiming Australia as a country wasn't enough. I am here to tell you that one of two things will happen in the next 5 minutes. You will surrender the Bright Blood empire to me, but that seems unlikely. So option two is that I unleash hell upon New york city and you become responsible for the deaths of millions. We really don't want that to happen, but the choice is yours. If you choose to cooperate , leave a suitcase with a papers on a bench in central park that says you relinquish total control to me so that I may present them to your mother and obtain official control. You and other bright blood officials may live but will be exiled. If you disagree then may the gods have mercy on New york because I will not. And if you think you can be sneeky. I have eyes on every military base and missle silo from Maine to west virginia. Any signs of movement will result in premature action. The clock is ticking. Make your choice." The broadcast ended, puncuated by the detonation of the Electromagnetic pulse overhead of the bright blood building. Lux smiled to himself as he exited the bridge. Picking up his large sword slinging it over his back it its new sheath. Attaching the whip to it's right full place on his hip. As he walked powerfully down the ships corridors he added only one thing to his look when he stepped outside, he placed a hat on his head that completed his uniform. He stood proud and tall amongst his men. He placed an ear piece into his ear and looked down a his watch. It was up to Dametrius now.
