It had been some time since Varius had made Kipa his prophet, but since then he hadn't done much to further either himself OR the Death God's reach. Because of this, he had gotten a possibly wonderful, but most likely terrible idea. He and the two "normal" undead would have a day on the town. He WOULD have thought about summoning Kurassha to come with them, but the undead of this world were often enough to turn people away, much less complicating the issue with the undead of other worlds. Kuta, the Crypt Thing that Kipa kept to keep an eye on the basement, seemed to like the idea. Sairentokochi, or Kochi for short, who was the Dullahan who acted as Kipa's chauffeur, was not as keen of the idea. "Sir, if I may. I have watched a great deal of people walk by this place. They do not think highly of you, OR what you do here." His voiced wheezed and choked out of his mouth as the connection made between his throat and his voice box was the extent of him having placed the two back together. "That is exactly why we need this, my friend." He replied to the worrysome, and sometimes overprotective Dullahan. "Part of the reason why they fear is because they don't fully understand. This problem has been compounded by the fact that we don't represent ourselves as well as we should. Perhaps I should've loosen the rules around here sooner, but that's in the past now. Get as ready as you can, we are going for a stroll." Kipa's mind had been made up, and they were going to go through with this idea.
And so, their very first walk began. Kuta was excitedly walking next to Kipa as he hovered. If one hadn't known better, they would've thought Kuta was a small child. Kochi, however, trailed behind the two, arms folded and head balanced upon them. The people who were near their homes called their children and closed up their homes. Those who were out on the street made their way across it to avoid them. "You would think that some would at least be curious as to why there's a headless military man, a cloaked skeleton, and a floating kitsune making their way down the street." Kipa said, slightly disappointed. Kochi bounced his head off of his arms and grabbed it, before placing it on his shoulders. "Maybe because there's a headless military man, a cloaked skeleton, and a floating kitsune walking around like it's n everyday occurrence!" He responded, somewhat exasperated. Although Kipa often tried to see the best in others, Kochi was still every bit as cynical as he was in life.
