The following is a list of the skills a self-reliant character can learn. Unless otherwise noted all skills cost $50.
Balance - Expert skill of balancing where most others would fall. (I.E. Tight Rope Walkers on Unicycles.) $25
Climb - Expert skill of climbing where most others would fall. (I.E. Up a wall with very little handholds.) $25

Jump - Increased skill of jumping where most others would fail (I.E. Rooftop to rooftop of suburban houses.) $25
Security - Unnatural skill at picking locks, and disabling electrical systems. (I.E. Electronic security) $25
Disguise - Skill at Theater makeup enough to fool one's own mother (I.E. Worked in Hollywood turning humans into goblins.) $25
Sleight of Hand - Skilled at picking pockets, planting evidence,and forging documents. (I.E. Making fake passports) $25
Deflect -
Level 1: Deflect: Ability to deflect projectiles. (Arrows, and such, not bullets.) $25
Level 2: Snatch: Ability to catch arrows, and deflect bullets. $50
Level 3: Deflect Magic: Ability to deflect magic skills. $50
Blind fight - Skill at fighting without using one's eyes.
Hide Items - Ability to hide objects of reasonable size during searches.
Use Poison - Skilled at using poisons, and can not accidentally poison oneself.
Night-eye - Skilled at navigating through the dark
Bombs -
Level 1: Smoke: Ability to craft smoke bombs.
Level 2: Poison Gas: Ability to craft poison gas bombs
Grenades -
Level 1: Flash Bang: Ability to create flash bang grenades.
Level 2: Fragmentation: Ability to create frag grenades.
Pressure Points - Skilled at utilizing pressure points to cause pain, or speed recovery
Confusion - Skilled at using misdirection and stealth to confound enemies.
Ghost Step - Either through skill, or technology, the ability to move as if walking through walls.
