Pop! Goes the Hana (Raz, open)

[Razvan]

Razvan had been inspecting his hand and trying the fingers to see what on it was broken, for future reference in splinting it But hana's deafening cry once again made it impossible to focus. He was on the ball though, for when tiny but loud Finn came into the world he still scooped him up with his good and wrecked hand and held it out to Hana with that look of 'FOR THE LOVE OF RHAEGO TAKE THIS' Instead he said. "He is a good color, it looks like this ones not a runt." well that was the extent of what he knew about birth. That crying of Finns wasnt his cup of tea but it was music to Bear's ears. He had heard Hana's pain filled cries and ran full speed to their location. As he got closer he heard another cry, the cries of his SON and he knocked down a small tree that was in his way rather than run around it. He saw them there. Hana with Finn, razvan trying to set his bones and roared. "HANA!" He felt the instant guilt of not being there but the instant joy of seeing finn, little tiny redheaded Finn, HIS BOY. He knelt down and embraced his little family and birst into manly tears. "Hana, Hana im here now, hes gran, just perfect!"

Of COURSE Finn wasn't a runt. There was no scale anywhere nearby, but he was at LEAST 10 pounds, maybe more, with a long body and thick arms and legs. He was going to be a big man someday. Hana was pulled from her emotional celebration when Raz extended the baby to her, and moreso when she finally heard Bear's voice.

When Bear got there, Hana was holding Finn. She'd cleaned him off and wrapped him up in her dress to keep the cold away from his little body. She was still naked, still an awful mess, but she couldn't have cared less. The baby that she never thought she'd have was in her arms, and by Rhaego, he was perfect. "Look at all that hair," she crooned, sliding her fingers along his smooth scalp. "We did it." She looked up at Bear, exhausted but thrilled. "He's here." Then she remembered Raz, poor guy, and shifted her attention to him. "I'm sorry about your hand. . .but. You've done more for me than I could ever repay. I am forever in your debt."

[Razvan]

Bear had grabbed a few things before coming out to see Hana and he threw a blanket around Hana and scooped her right up into his arms. "Lets get ya home love." he sniffed, all manly. "Il help ya clean up and we'll dress Finn nice an' warm. Might need a bit of help though watching my little man while i make sure youre as strong as he is." Finn indeed for a newborn was a big lil guy and his crying had settled long enough for Bear to remember Razvan there with his broken hand. "Oi you, yer coming with us." Razvan looked like he was going to pass out. "WHY?" Bear grinned. "Just watch the baby till i can get 'ana settled, we can set yer hand too, for Rhaego an all." even Bear knew rhaego was a great bargaining tool and Razvan looked at Hana, with her kind sentiments and her huge fiance and just started walkin towards his truck at the forest's edge. "FINE"

[Hana Tachiban]

Hana protested the movement with a little groan and clutched Finn to her chest. "Please come with us, Razvan?" she asked. All wrapped up in Bear's arms, she finally realized how cold it was, and the shivering started.
"I'm sorry I was so far away...and I didn't call sooner...I figured I still had time. If it helps, you didn't miss much." She looked in the direction Raz had begun walking. It was hell to keep her eyes open. "I broke his hand...I feel really bad," she whispered to Bear. Finn was chubby and asleep in her arms, blissfully oblivious to the havoc he had wreaked.

[Razvan]

Bear chuckled softly as he whisked the duo back, watching the spectacle of Razvan trying to enter a vehicle "We'll fix 'im. But first we're going ot take care of you lass." The angel eventually gave up and clung to the back of the truck and off they went. When they got home minutes later Bear still all full of addrenaline got Hana cleaned up and Finn oh Finn didnt know what he got himself into as there was ab absurd amount of clothing for him. Bear found something new on one neatly folded pile in the bedroom. It was a footed green onesie labeled 'lil bro'. Of COURSe Crimson had to get something. Bear had lain Hana on the bed clean and dressed an fawned over like only the most insanely doting fiance could fawn. Sitting beside her, holding the pudgy red-tufted tot Bear looked at his lady love. "Should i get yer smiley friend? He's sittin on yer nice couch an all..."

[Hana Tachiban]

Hana was tired, but there was no way she was going to fall asleep. She was afraid that if she did, Finn would disappear, and the dream would be over. Besides, she was comfortable now and tucked into warm, wonderful bed. Finn had already been fed. . .twice (this was going to be a long journey).
"I've re-counted his fingers and toes at least three times. . .made sure his nose was in the right place. . .checked out his weird little still-attached belly button. Everything is all there, and he's so perfect. I can't get over it. We need to get a doctor here as soon as possible to check him out and make sure he's okay. But for now, I just want to stare at him all the time."
When Bear mentioned Razvan, she looked toward the bedroom door and nodded. "How is his hand? Can we show him the baby now that he's not all. . .messy?"

[Razvan]

Bear was grinning with pride as he looked upon his tubby baby. "Ee's grand, And a big one, look at those arms!" He was little so little and pink but Bear saw the potential. His eyes suddenly popped open and studied his parents. The two redheads stared eachother down and he looked up at his glowing fiance. "Oh let me get yer uh, friend." He got up and moved out to the living area and dragged poor Razvan into the bedroom. He had helped him splint and bandage up his hand, Bear was finally starting to tire out but he was so happy he didnt care. "What are you doing, release me!" Bear gave him a solid tug towards Hana and he knocked a knick knack off the dresser with his wings. "Here ya go!"

The baby's eyes were still cloudy-grey, so they probably wouldn't know for weeks yet what color they were going to be permanently. One thing was for sure, though. . .he'd gotten Bear's hair. Fingers crossed that he got the man's height, too, because a 4-foot-something adult was just pitiful.
Hana fawned over Finn when Bear left the room, gently tucking the blanket under his squishy chin. She'd get to watch this little dude go from sessile newborn to babbling chunk monster, to scheming toddler, and beyond. There were no words to describe how in love she was with her son. Sienna had been the love of her life, and Crimson was her original son. . .and they were treated as her own even though they were adopted. But she MADE Finn, damn it, cooked him and all. It was different.
When Bear came back into the room, manhandling Raz, Hana sat up against the headboard and adjusted Finn in her arms. "Come here. . .sit down. Will you hold him now that he's cleaned up and bundled up? Come look at the half of nature I protect." Granted he sat, Hana would lean forward and offer him to Raz.

[Razvan]

Bear was totally in daddy mode now that he had gotten out of work, and he was fixing up the crib. they HAD all the things a baby could ever need but they had thought they would have longer. But when your parents are two beings known for fast regeneration and healing you get express babies. Bear stood back satisified when he finished off the setup with a dog plush, a familiar looking dog plush. "Just gran."

Razvan looked like he was dying. Sure he could still fight if need be but his preferred weapon needed both hands which meant all his preferred tactics were out the window. Even the incarnum blast needed two hands for optimal control. So he had no choice but to reign it in until he recovered and worst of all. Hana as a prophet of Rayen was doing her bidding very well by making a baby and this redheaded little hooligan was a child of nature that he was supposed to bloody protect! He was once this womans arch nemesis and now they were BFFS. It was such a shift in his mind and psyche that all his blinding fury flashed in his eyes for a moment before he spoke. When he sat he smacked a pillow off the bed. Oh this was going to be fun. "How do you hold it?' he huffed.

Raz's wings were so broad that Hana had to scoot over a little to make space for him. She knew he hated this. She KNEW. But that didn't deter her, ohhh no. It actually made the entire scenario better, for Raz's discomfort brought Hana great joy. That, and this was payback for the comment about eating the afterbirth.
"Cradle him like you were. . .uh. . ." She thought for a moment. "Cradle him like you're keeping a kidney warm to eat later. But. . .support this kidney's little kidney head." She leaned forward and put Finn in his arms, helping guide where Raz's arms needed to be. "Babies like being manhandled after they get a little stronger. But for now, the goal is to protect his head, as his skull hasn't hardened yet."
Someone should have been there to record this. Hana's face was shit-eating-grin joyous, and Raz's was probably burning rage. It was amazing.

[Razvan]

Hana, the powerful prophet and Bear the GIANT WEREDOG were keeping Raz in line quite well. He sat there the avatar of his god, the third blood angel to ever exist, this unrelenting ball of fury who ate raw kidneys fresh from the bodies he tore them out of was now holding a baby as Hana guided him through it. He was so metal until that moment when a fresh new baby was in his arms and he stared at him silently judging him, thinking about how he had better follow rhaego's laws. "Kidneys are warm if theyre fresh" he asserted. Now it got worse, with his han injured he couldnt just hold the baby out to her, he was trapped with that cuddly little guy until someone reprieved him. He did say something quite honest though. "I dont think you want me manhandling anything."

"Babies are really resilient," she asserted, adjusting Finn's head. He was a pretty chill guy. He looked around, wiggled a bunch, made some interesting sounds. Raz's wings must have been a sight to behold, though...he couldn't look away.
"We are all children of Rhaego in some capacity...born like this, unassuming, without sin. We have no preconceptions of the world when we are born. We are MADE flawed, born innocent." She reached out to take him, but let Raz put him in her hands if he wanted.
Hana felt as though she'd had some sort of influence on Raz since they reunited. He delivered her baby, for fuck's sake. But wholly, Hana felt as though Raz now thought about things, really reflected. In turn, the blood angel had taught the tinier celestial patience. If that didn't earn them both brownie points, then what would?

[Razvan]

Razvan was indeed in an interesting place. He had, though not by choice, socialized and did something good, that didnt require killing. The killing was a sacrifice, it denied razvan peace. He was made as a lawfully evil being. He belonged to no side. He existed for his god and served no other purpose, but now, he was faced with doing things besides serving Rhaego at his normal capacity. He was subjected to childbirth and now had been to Hana's home twice, on for his tattoo and now for this. Plus, for some inane reason he was this 'BFF' she referred to. He was all too eager to relinquished pudgy Finn who, as if following in his mother's footsteps expertly annoyed Razvan by tugging off a feather when one wing was briefly in range. They were a team. Oh but at least she spoke of something then that he could argue. "The weak allow themselves to be corrupted and i find it confounding that they do no wish to change. It might have saved them nature's wrath." Dour, serious, he frowned away, until Bear slapped him on the back. "Yer a card lad. Why dontcha stay over the evenin and set out early?" Bear was no in it to annoy the angel but he was always super accommodating and it served to annoy the skittish kidney eater anyway. " I dont WANT to." he protested and Bear just laughed and gave his arm a tug. "Should i set him up on the rug loike a pup?"

Hana frowned. This probably wasn't a good time to argue with Raz, as her hormones were a fucking rollercoaster, but she just had to. No matter how exhausted she was, she would always find energy to counter anything that Razvan had to say. "Then were you so weak to allow yourself to be corrupted with such singular plans? How much potential you could have if only your synapses processed something other than hunting for a pat on the head from Rhaego. It works the same for you, Razvan, Herald of Rhaego, and I find it equally confounding that you are unwilling to change or broaden your horizons to better adapt to this world. Everything has changed, is changing, will change. . .and you're trying to remain a constant." She took Finn back, and just in time too. By the time Bear got into the room, Hana was fuming.
"I don't care. Let him leave. Maybe he'll get hit by an environmentally-conscious bus on the way home."

[Razvan]

It was a good thing Bear had his beefy man-grip on Razvan for he was nearly as excitable as a new mom. "Corrupted? How am I corrupted?" he exclaimed. He really didnt understand and it was a shame. The angel was more mature that a lot of creatures that had thousands of years over him, and he was devoid of fear, and he was a good tactition and fighter. Really he couldnt been a fantastic defender with his resilience. He had a broken hand and showed no outward signs of pain, but he had to be a jackass. If he ever lost his role as Rhaego's herald it would likely drive him mad and utterly break him. He didn see how fragile he truly was. Bear started tugging him out of the room."Off ya go then lad, stay out of trouble." As Razvan stormed outside Bear looked back at her. "Whats hee gonna do if hs ever out of a job? Boy needs a woman is what he needs.."
