99 Problems (but picking out a name ain't one)

[Hana Tachiban]

Hana had almost been convinced that it was going to take a lot longer than it did to get Bear to put on a serious face. As surprised as she was, nothing could have prepared her for the little snarl and the almost-growl. She nearly dropped her fork and knife and quickly slid the plate back to Bear. "Perfect!" she exclaimed, leaning across the table to take his face between her hands, her stomach making her really reach for him. She stole a quick kiss. His eyes had taken on a completely different quality when he got serious, and it was gorgeous. At this point, she was torn between which piece of meat to devour, Bear or the steak.
"You're scary when you do that. . ." She continued eating her meal. "You looked like you were going to jump across the table and maul me."

Now at first Bear was horrified at the thought that he would be some were-canine cliche and be lost to bouts of rage but instead, the moment Hana touched his face and gave him a little kiss he was instantly soothed and settled back into true jolly Bear form. "Oh well maybe i could do all this then, so yer bosses wouldnt fuss too much with you being out of commision aye?" he was smiling and cutting into his steak when he took to pondering what she said about mauling and slowly he smiled a mustache-curling smile. "Maul ya, loike the fun kind?"

Hana knew that Bear wasn't the type to fall victim to rage. He was too smart for that. He certainly had his wits about him, and he was too careful to just throw it all away like that. When he agreed to model as a favor for Hana, the half-'pire lit up. "I think you'll be perfect for it, and I know they're going to love you. . .you just might end up doing it as a regular thing like me." She took another bite of steak. "It's good money and I think it's fun."
Speaking of modeling and staying thin and maintaining a level of beauty, round Hana was currently looking at the bite of steak on the edge of her fork, trying to figure out how Bear had surpassed her in cooking such a basic cut of meat. Her eyes moved from the fork and looked past it to Bear, who was smiling that smile that made Hana feel all sorts of things. She pursed her lips. "Wanna? I can pretend to run away. . .and you can be the big scary beast hunting me down. And if you find me and catch me, I'm at your mercy."

Bear listened intently as he stuffed himself with meat. Oh as far as he was concerned there was two food groups, Meat, and potatoes. As he reveled in his meal like any burly man. or dog. would, he listened to Hana's gushing. He just smiled passively, unsure of how good he would be at this modeling business but he could at least give it a try and see a little bit of Hana's world that so far he didnt fully understand. He knocked back a shot of whiskey and then poured himself some wine to chase it. Then she proposed a hunt of the wild Hana and he almost choked on his wine "Oi but what if I cant catch ya, do i get punished or something?"

Hana pressed her lips together in a very controlled smile. She slowly got up and set down her fork and knife. Sure, she was abandoning her food and wine, but. . .this was well worth it. Not drawing too much attention to herself, Hana slipped out of her sweatpants and baggy t-shirt right in front of the dinner table, and shook out her messy curls. "You'll catch me," she promised, before turning and darting out of the dining room.

[Bear]

Bear immediately was reminded of what he found superior to food and walkies and took off in hot pursuit of Hana. He was instantly the predator he had been when he hunted to stag as his quest to get the bod Hana so enjoyed. Of course this wasnt going to be eating biting, this would be what he continuously referred to as the fun kind."Where are ya lass, ill sniff ya out.." he murmured.

As round as Hana was, she moved fast. . .which was perhaps her only advantage in the house. That, and she was able to hide in small spaces. She'd wedged herself into the dumbwaiter in the hall with just a bit of wiggling involved and shut the door silently. . .except she'd accidentally caught the bright blue bow on the side of her panties in the door and hadn't realized it.

[Bear]

The big red dog liked the hunt, though honestly it became more like fetch. For he sniffed her out but didnt see her, and began studying his enviroment for a hint of just where she could have hidden away. Then the bright flash of blue caught his keen eyes and he soon realised where his 'dinner' was hiding. "'Lil fox in its burrow. Hounds.. GOT YA!" he souted as he threw open the sliding door. "Ha!"

Hana hadn't expected Bear to find her so quickly, but she was ready nonetheless when that door flew open. She sprang forward, bursting out of the little space, and assaulted the werebeast. "The fox fights back to protect its young and their home!" she exclaimed, bypassing Bear's shield of beard to gently bite at the side of his neck.

[Bear]

Bear let out a playful growl as Hana tackled him. He didnt so much as -budge- as her 4'9" form collided with is 6'5" frame but he hammed it up and fell so he landed on his back with Hana on stop of him."Oi but lass i protect the young!" he exclaimed, "Oh wait, im supposed to do the mauling aye?" he wrapped his great arms around his fiance and future pup and oh so gingerly bit her ear like a puppy.

It was ridiculous to think that Hana could ever barrel Bear over. She was strong, but he was just muscle and bone. He was a solid wall of ridiculously good-looking man. "You're supposed to be scary and ferocious!" she whined, and promptly turned into a shivering ball of nerves when he bit her ear, goosebumps dotting her skin. "I am sooo not afraid of you. You're like. . .a big teddy bear," Hana challenged, nipping his shoulder.

[Bear]

Bear took offense. "No no i am a dog-bear.. or Bear-dog.. not sure how tha works.." Bah!" he stood up suddenly sweeping Hana into his meaty arms. he was all pumped up now from the hunt and the little vampire's playful taunts. He was a ferocious man. He was a merc, a dread, a giant dog and a daddy! Thusly this carefully crafted man 'abducted' Hana to the bedroom. "ill bringing ya to my den to feed!" he proclaimed. He was careful with Hana, tossing her onto the bed but with the lightest touch before he started crawling across it towards her..

"A teddy bear-dog?" she suggested, knowing Bear avidly denied any suggestion that he was anything but manly and tough. "Oh oh! I know what kind of dog. . .a little cute teacup pomeranian!" She had to bite her lip to stifle her laughter, but the teasing was promptly ended by Bear when he hauled her up the stairs. She wasn't sure how he did it, but Bear was consistently able to reduce Hana to giddy nervousness. Every time.
She fell on her back on the bed and sat up, looking down at the predatory Bear, offering him a pitiful and playful growl. Watching him like that got her heart racing. "Know that on this night, I died fighting. . .with honor and valor!" She leapt at Bear and pulled at his shirt. "But there are just some things totally worth fighting for."

Bear scoffed at the notion that he could be a dog that he could probably eat in one bite, but he couldnt even muster a pout. no that was impossible. He had Hana after all and she was really the puppy here, being playful and nibbly. He still kept up the little role-play scenario of them fighting and hunting and all. "Lass, ill jes use my secret weapon!" The big beard bear ripped off his shirt with Hana's aid and then got off the bed long enough to completely declothe, but that hadnt even been his 'attack' as he was quite modest. No that was him planted his hands on the bed to either side of the teeny woman's hand while he kissed her deeply.

Hana was a fighter through and through. She defended what she needed and who she needed, and if she fought, it was often until one party was physically incapable of moving anymore. It wasn't so much the case currently with Bear. Hana acquiesced willingly, as much as she pretended to struggle, and all bets were off when he leaned down and kissed her. Such a big, hulking titan. Such a tender lover. Hana poured herself into the kiss until she was breathless.
She only broke the lip lock to lean up and whisper suggestively, little ideas about what they could do once they got her undressed the remainder of the way. Hana had every opportunity to be hands-on and in charge...but seeing Bear's face when he learned something new or had an idea was well worth not being the lead.
