Getting To Know Your Master (Mikhail.)

Mikhail moved toward Rylan, brow furrowed, and wrapped one arm around his waist. "Vat is it?" he asked, immediately guiding him toward the door. His lab was only a few rooms down, a surgically clean environment for Mikhail to work, and he led Rylan inside at once.

Rylan follows Mikhail, he rubs the blood off of his lips, "Genetically we are perfected, but apparently bodies were not made to be perfect. It allows for things like this pain to happen. I made medication to assist with the pain but I gave the last of it to Riot." He starts searching his bag, "The only thing I don't know how to do is how to make it safe for a baby..."

Mikhail frowned, seemingly perplexed. What kind of medicine could he give the genetic wondertwins to keep their pain at bay? "I could be able to make substitute, somezing safe for baby. I need to take sample of blood and run few tests, da?" He sat Rylan down and moved to wash his hands and glove up.
"Vat can you tell me about zis medicine you vere taking?"

The boy sits down and watches, he wasn't exactly expecting Mikhail to start working on it. He thought that he would have to like he did everywhere. "I can give you the chemical makeup of it." He takes out a piece of paper the make up of the medication was like if dilaudid had went on steriods. It was very possible that the medication that he had made was actually a way to keep the homunculus compliant. It seemed the dosage was high enough to keep them from fighting back.

It took a while, but Mikhail eventually re-created the medicine Rylie and Rylan were used to taking. He also took a sample of their blood, and with those two things, tested them against one another to find exactly what the chemical compound was doing to help them. The drug itself would never be healthy for a fetus. It was so concentrated and so aggressive that Rylie's body would become oversensitive and likely miscarry. While Mikhail examined, he grew more concerned. 

"I zink..." Mikhail trailed off, hunched over a notebook, and finished writing down his sentence before continuing, "I zink I have found problem. Medicine is not compatible viz blood." He moved over and looked into the microscope once more. "I does not bond viz blood. . .it violently repels it. Zis is not helping."

Rylan walks over and asks to look in the microscope. He looks confused, "I don't understand... why... would we be taking something... that is hurting us? Oh no! Master we gave that stuff to Riot."

Mikhail stepped back and gestured for Rylan to look into the microscope. "Who vas telling you to make medicine? And how is your pain caused?" He moved to a stainless steel cabinet and grabbed an IV bag. "If you vill accept, ve should clean your system, flush out medication. . .zen look to see how you feel."

Rylan looks in the microscope and gasps. He steps back and nods, "Yes Sir." He says playing with his fingers, "Yeah... sounds good to me. One of the doctors at the lab. I injured myself. That was when. It started."

Mikhail sat Rylan down again and fixed him up with the IV. The liquid flushed through him, clearing out toxins, wiping the slate clean. Minutes later, when the bag was empty, Mikhail looked down at his watch and nodded. "How do you feel?"

Rylan is sweating for a little like a drug addict coming down but he shrugs, "Like... I can actually think Master." He says holding his legs. "Master. I care about you. I am sad that I won't be your... anything after this is over." It was quiet Rylan was the type that needed an owner but he also knew Mikhail and Akusai would have no use for him afterward.

Mikhail withdrew the needle from Rylan's arm and bandaged him up. "Zen it is so. . .your medicine vas keeping you ill. Zis whole time." He frowned, thinking of the malpractice, of someone deliberately making someone else sick and dependent on medicine. "Now you vill be better."
He walked over to his cabinet and began cleaning up after himself. Rylan's words made him pause. "Ve can be friends," he said after a pause. He wasn't sure how to answer that. . .he certainly wasn't going to leave Akusai for them, but he couldn't just write them off either. . .they were the only way he could have a baby.

Rylan smiles and nods, "Thank you Master. Master, may I... may I be yours and Aku's pet? I'll be quiet... and stay out of the way." Rylan blushes, "I like you... and Master Akusai... a lot." He kicks the ground.

Mikhail frowned. "Pet?" he asked. He looked so uncomfortable in those moments after the question had been asked. "No, no pet...zat is not fair to anyone."

He really didn't want this going any further. "You must be tired...go, go rest, enjoy no pain."

[Rylie & Rylan]

Rylan stops dead in his tracks. The boy nods, "Of course Master." He replies and goes to lay down in his room. He was lost, confused. He simply lays on the bed and waits for something else to happen.
