Kipa waits for everyone to finish their little spats before he speaks. He is, however, obviously surprised when Dametrius gives Kakeru the full use of Brightblood resources. Brightblood was Dametrius' brainchild, so for him to give such access to anyone else was a surprising turn of events.
While it was odd, Kipa was unshaken by Lux's somewhat insane display for the sake of getting the attention of the others in the room. He does, however, echo Dmytri's sentiments. "While the actions of Shadowheart-sama's herald were largely uneeded, he provides a valid point, as does Ga-sama's prophet. Even if he is unwilling to help, awakening Yami-sama could be the only way to mitigate the effects of this insanity on the general populous." Kipa also nods his agreement with Mikhail. "If we are to reduce the amount of incidents before we can awaken Yami-sama, we should keep an eye on those affected. While I still believe that awakening Yami-sama is our best chance for success, we should know what we are dealing with beforehand."

Velgaith was widely unimpressed with the chitter-chatter that the other prophets were engaging in. He wasn't here to speak the politics of the situation. He was here to serve his Goddess. Not quite the brightest for when to keep his mouth shut, he asks of the Katon, the Intermediate God in the room. "I know that you are a God, and that you have your realm, but these are the current events of Fate, are they not? If things continue the way they do, things will fall apart. Does it not then fall to you to ensure that Fate resumes its course? I mean no disrespect, bet it seems like this would be a good time for Fate to intervene with itself directly." Again, he wasn't the brightest for when to keep his mouth shut, but he usually knew what he was talking about.
